Your journey, your pace, your balance
Creating supportive spaces to pause, reflect and move forward
Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. True Balance Pathways offers a safe and supportive space where you can talk, reflect, and begin to make sense of what is going on for you.
Whether you are navigating stress, anxiety, loss, relationship challenges, or simply feel stuck, counselling can provide the chance to pause and find clarity.
A safe place to be heard
Counselling is about giving yourself the time and space to talk openly without fear of judgment. Many people come to counselling feeling unsure where to start, and that is okay. The space is yours to use in whatever way feels most helpful.
Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings, look at what may be weighing heavily on you, and gently begin to find new perspectives and ways forward.

My approach
My foundation is person-centred, which means the work is guided by you and what you bring to each session. At times, we might also draw on ideas from different counselling approaches if it feels useful, such as gently exploring patterns in relationships or finding practical ways together to manage anxious thoughts. This flexible way of working is often called integrative, but in practice it simply means we can use different tools and perspectives that fit your needs.
The most important part is that this is a collaborative process. We will work side by side, exploring your thoughts and experiences together at your pace.
Sessions are confidential and professional, and can be face to face or online depending on your preference. We will agree together how often to meet. For some people counselling is short term, while for others it becomes a longer journey.
